What a beautiful start to the morning!! The sky came alive this morning, with a few early rises opting to delay their 6:30am start to watch the sunrise and swim with the 7am B&B family.
The sunrise capped off what was a great morning to swim with the colourful display paired with calmer waters, an inviting 23 degree water temp (thanks Guy for the daily report) and a warm westerly breeze from around 7am.
Quote of the day from Anita "Jacques Cousteau eat your heart out, pool swimming is shit [compared to B&B], never seen one eagle ray [in the pool], let along three wobbies in the same swim". We needed our resident underwater photographer Leah here today....!!!
6:30 crew heading out for their swim, with the Booty crew pacing down the beach between sprints.
Jo Barton led the charge with the crew visiting B&B for a swim in lieu of Malabar Magic Ocean Swim.
100% of all funds raised from the Malabar Magic Ocean Swim go to the Rainbow Club. The Rainbow Club provides personalised lessons to help children with disabilities learn to swim.
The team at Carlile Swimming Killarney Heights were training to swim the Malabar Magic and have raised over $6000 to support the Rainbow Club.
Lyndal (co-editor) and Anna obliging a quick sunrise snap before re-joining the Booty crew for few more sprints up the beach!
Jo a familiar B&B face and local swimming coach.
