Calm conditions continued on today.
An 'ins and outs' group training at around 5.45 on Wednesdays if you're keen for a bit more of a workout.
The big O made it down for a 6.30 swim today. His technique to get out of bed a little earlier than usual is to drink lots of water before going to bed, and forcing himself not to get up and go to the toilet during the night. Whatever works for you I guess.
Harry heard the water had cooled down a bit and brought his wetsuit top with him. He made it to Shelly and back for the second time :) Gearing up for some of the longer swims and badges over summer.
Three troublemakers post swim. Sarah doesn't feel the cold until a few minutes after getting out, and then warms up with with her trademark beanie. Roger prefers a piccolo, and Ian an orange.
Milly (in her new hooded towel), George and Kirsty (with a very bent thumbs up)
Tunnel for Anne would completed her 2000km today. Congratulations!
Pooches to finish
Have a good one
