…It’s how the ocean gets salty. The salt occurs due to the reaction involved when rainwater erodes rocks on the land. The resulting salt ions are then washed into the ocean. Much of these ions are consumed by marine micro organisms, those that aren’t become the salts that make up three and a half percent of the ocean.
Dissolve and Integrate is also a Jungian term that describes the process by which the individual can learn to dissolve unbending aspects of the self and integrate a more fluid way of being. Making us less 'salty', whilst allowing our mind to flow with a similar fertility and peace as that which exists in the depths of the ocean.
