Mornin' all. Inner Westies here. And what a gorgeous morning. 21.1 degrees in the water. Lots of swimmers - few newbies and oodles of jellies in the water. But luckily the non-ouch variety.

Walking back from Shelly with me was lovely Jane. She is a swimming coach, barrista, child care worker and wonderful independent young person.
And here is Jane again with her Dad, who swam the English Channel recently. What an achievement - makes our Manly swim seem a doddle!
