We do our thinking in our heads. I do swimming for my headspace as well as for exercise (well a bit). I saw this photo and wanted to share it - look at what the jimble has in its headspace. Most irregular. What are the chances.
here is a regular swimmer and the newbie on the right who did not sign in. I did not get a name.
Sam is looking forward to swimming.

Some swimmers and others who have dressed to get you to think about mental health. We all have things to deal with in life but if we have a mental health issue it is so much harder. Give a thought today to those who have mental health issues to deal with. It does not always show on the outside so keep that in mind. It is probably un-australian to admit it but I personally suffer from an anxiety disorder and have done for years. Getting help was a revelation so urge those who listen to you to get some help.

what I am reading. Not much because of some workstream spreadsheets which are sending me blind. how small is legible font? I am continuing my constant forays into swimming improvements on youtube though. there are some helpful things and some unusual things. One helpful hint is about rhythm in your stroke. unfortunately when I tried this - and got a bit of an improvement - I thought of the Game of Thrones theme and cannot get that ear worm out now. Can anyone with a musical bent think of a replacement for that song?
Below is one of the aids that you can buy for a hefty fee - it looks great if you don't garotte yourself while swimming. I have had lots of entertainment imagining I am using it.

date free so you can come along. In order to make this event a success, we
are asking for:

*Winter Badge*
It's nearly that time again. Winter is coming ... and so are the winter
badges. The winter swimming season runs from 1 June to 31 August, and to
qualify for your winter badge, you must:
- swim at least 20 times during this period
- swim in at least 7 different weeks
- log your swims
To qualify for the WWW badge (winter without wetsuit) you must complete all
of the above without wearing a wetsuit or any other form of bodily thermal
enhancement (don't forget to check the "without wetsuit" button on the log
in screen). Why not give it a try? Any questions - email Ian (
[email protected])
