108 Bold and Beautiful swimmers enjoyed slightly less chop today with still some fairly big waves hammering us as we entered the water but nothing so scary (for me at least)!
Water cooler too - by about 2 degrees...
Waiting at the point Elaine found a baseball cap with barnacles and seaweed growing on it - it's own little eco system - but the best part was, written on the cap were the words LIVE SIMPLY - very fitting for the 'skinny' blog today!
A bit less rubbish in the water today too - I only found 4 pieces of plastic...but I did find half a tv on the beach (I put it in the bin!)
Visibility was about 3 metres - and the last 200 metres coming into Shelly the sea bed was visible again!
Although it looks like the end of the week the weather, stong winds, bigger seas and more rain! Awesome!

Stephen spotted this in the Financial Review yesterday about BnB swimmer Tony Stuart. Amazing...even in a financial newspaper about technology and apps we get a mention!!
And glad to see he reads the blogs!! How is today's more skinny version Tony? :-D

Anyone interested in the Balmoral Swim? March 17th... Maybe some Bold and Beautiful swimmers could put a team together and beat those Balmoral Buggers?
